| Abstract: | Compared with state law, customary law has a self-formed language system. At a time when customary law is coming into application in court, and village customary rules and regulations are being made concerning a variety of aspects of life, the study of the language of customary law has become greatly signif icant to strengthening positive interaction and to establishing a link between state law and customary law. |
