| 摘 要： | 人民检察院是国家的法律监督机关,在其自身履行监督职能的同时,应受到人大的监督。本文从人大监督、检察监督、民行检察监督的关系,民行检察工作如何接受人大监督,人大又如何对民行检察工作进行支持三个方面阐述了人大监督与民行检察工作的关系。
