| 摘 要： | 目前,偷渡组织向国际化和集团化发展,改变了作案方式,增大了诱惑力,外国人偷渡我国的情况日益突出。口岸偷渡的方法多种多样。打击防范偷渡必须完善出入境管理法规,加强对外旅行社、出国中介公司的监督管理,加强综合治理,突出重点,加大打击力度,加强阵地控制,充分发挥技术检查的作用,加强国际合作。

| Abstract: | Nowadays ,organizations of illegal entry develop to be internationalized and well organized.They have changed their ways of committing crimes and increased the temptation ,so it becomes more and more serious that foreigners enter into our country illegally.Ways of illegal entry are various.In order to prevent illegal entry ,we should consummate laws and regulations of exit and entry administration ,strengthen supervision on external travel agencies and intermediary companies of going abroad ,strengthen comprehensive administration ,make the focal points stand out ,increase strength of attacking ,enforce position control ,give full play to the effect of technical inspection and promote international co-operation. |
