| Abstract: | To efficiently prevent, control and crack down crimes committed by disimprisoned criminals is very essential to social stability. Xicheng Public Security Sub-Bureau has made many efforts to explore a new mechanism of controlling disimprisoned criminals and thus to convert them into a positive element of constructing a harmonious society. |
