| Abstract: | Only by bringing the women workers' work in the development zone into total works of trade unions can the work constantly explore an efficient path. The women's committee of The Federation of Trade Unions of Weihai High-tech Development Zone carries on the work path that "women's work in pace with trade union work" and "women's work link with other relative departments". The committee develops to form trade unions and protect rights and has yielded some positive results. |
