| 摘 要： | 罗马法中的地役权制度成熟而完备,其建立与发展经历了漫长而渐进的历史进程,是与罗马社会制度的演变与发展相伴而行的,是人役权、现代用益物权体系的基础和渊源,对其进行考察与分析,有利于增进对现代不动产物权的认识和理解。

| Abstract: | Servitude System in Roman Law is mature and self-contained. Accompanying the evolvement and development of Roman social system, it experienced a long and gradually progressive process to be established and developed. It is the basis and origin of personal servitude and mordern usufructuary system. Through reviewing and analysizing it, the paper helped to make further understanding in modern immovable realty of real right. |
