完善我国知识产权刑法保护构想

虽然我国修订刑法规定了七种侵犯知识产权犯罪 ,但随着我国知识产权专门立法的发展和我国知识产权执法环境的变化 ,这种知识产权刑法保护力度显得不足 ,需要进一步完善 :即完善修订刑法现有规定 ,增设新罪。

On Completing of Criminal Protecting of Intellectual Property

Our country's revised penal code provides seven criminal offences about Intellectual Property. However, along with the development of special legislations and the changes of executing environment about Intellectual Property ,strength limitation of criminal protecting still exists within the system and should be completed by following measures:completing the current providings of revised penal code, adding the new criminal offences about Intellectual Property.
