| 摘 要： | 行政委托分为行政事务性委托和行政权力性委托。我国行政委托制度在立法和实践中都存在一些问题。可通过明确行政委托原则、限制行政委托权限、规范行政委托程序和完善行政委托救济制度来建构我国的行政委托法律制度。

| Abstract: | Adminisrrative delegation includes administrative works' delegation and administrative authorities'delegation.There are exist some problems in its legislation and practice.We should build the administrative delegation's system by definiting the priciples of the administrative delegation,confining the limits of the administrative delegation's authorities,standardizing the procedure of the administrative delegation and perfecting the admonistrative delegation's relievable system. |
