| 摘 要： | 当下的行政法治与可持续发展基本上处于隔离状态。从可持续发展视角来检视行政法治,其缺失主要表现为:理论研究的空白;观念意识的淡薄;制度构建的缺位;执法实践的“忽悠”。基于此,必须在行政法治中确立可持续发展理念,将可持续发展理念贯穿于政府为民服务的观念与行动当中。

| Abstract: | Under current situation,rule by administrative law is isolated from the strategy of sustainable development.This expresses in the theoretical blank,idea weakness,absence of system construction and informal law enforcement.That is why the strategy of sustainable development should be established in administrative law,and acts through the whole course in which the government serves citizens. |
