How Does the Constitution Rights Overpass the Private Law——Reflections on Legal Science over the "Steamed Bun" Event

On the Internet "the Event of Steamed Bun" has initiated a succession of "gambling" from the beginning of the year,which has the theory value in the domain of legal science.This article studies the event from the viewpoint of the private law,the Constitution,and their relationship.And then it provides solution to the constitution right conflict according to Chinese national condition as well as the German experiences,and then indicates the path for the constitution right to enter the private law.
