党的十八大提出的建设海洋强国的目标关系到我国未来可持续发展之路.我国是一个陆海复合型的国家,也是地缘政治学家麦金德和斯皮克曼所认为的不同世界重心的交汇地带.这种陆海兼备的周边地缘环境特点使得我国容易陷入战略上的两难境地.我国未来发展的关键是在自身实力有限的情况下,集中力量,克服陆海复合型国家在地缘环境上的不足,从而实现海洋强国的目标.

The Analysis of Dilemma and the Strategic Choice of Building the Maritime Power in China

The goal of building the maritime power has been proposed in the eighteenth national congress of the CPC;and it con-eerns our country＇s future development.China is a land-sea compound country;and also it is the intersection zone of different centersof gravity of the world,which is thought by Machinder and Spykman,who are both Geopolititions.The surrounding geopolitical envi-renment characteristic that has beth land and sea will make China easily fall into the dilemma in strategy.The key of our country＇sfuture development is to concentrate efforts to overcome the geopolitical environment shortcomings of the land-sea compound countryin the case that its strength is limited, in order to achieve the goal of building the maritime power.
