回顾与前瞻：转型社会学视野下政协制度的功能

政协制度在历史上发挥过有效的政治整合功能,但在相当长的历史时期,它的政治功能失效了。改革开放以来,虽然政协制度逐渐发挥出作用,但其潜在的功能仍然没有得到充分发挥。在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,进一步发挥政协制度在政治协商、参政议政、民主监督上的积极作用,对于调动各阶层的积极性,增强凝聚力,加快建构社会主义和谐社会具有重大意义。

Review and Prospect:the Function of Political Consultative System in the Perspective of Social Transformation Sociology

The system of political consultation had ever played effective role in integrating political resources, but later it had lost its function in quite a long period of history until China＇s reform and opening up, and so far its potential function has not yet come into full play. In the process of building a harmonious society, inorder to arouse the enthusiasm of all social classes and enhance cohesion of the whole society, it is of great significance to give full play to the political consultative system in political consultation, in deciding political affaires and in democratic supervision.
