Abstract: | Education for public administration at the time of Minnow-brook I neglected several important core subjects, including information management, computing, strategic management, policy implementation, program evaluation, ethics. The hope for a new public administration is dependent on the development of new theories of decision-making and policy-making, and a reinterpretation of the fit between the Constitution and public administration. |
