| 摘 要： | 科学的发展观是以人为本的发展观,是全面、协调、开放、可持续的发展观.用科学的发展观指导劳教经济的发展,就是坚持马克思主义历史主体论,坚持唯物辩证法普遍联系和系统论观点,就是要重视人的价值,激发人的潜能,正确处理经济发展与管理教育等工作的关系,依托自身优势和条件,走加工产业集群发展之路,形成具有自身特点的劳教经济发展模式.

| Abstract: | The scientific view of development is one view which puts people first, and is an overall, coordinate, open, sustainable view of development. Guiding the development of the economy of reeducation through labour with the scientific development view is to adhere to the historical subject theory of Marxism, to insist materialist dialectics and view of system talk, to pay attention to value of people, to excite people's latent energy to cope with the relation between economic development and management such as education, to take one group of ways to develop processing industry relying on one's own advantage and condition, and eventually to form the economic development model of reeducation through labour with one's own characteristic. |
