| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育已进入大众化阶段。高等教育大众化给学生工作带来了许多挑战 ,高校学生工作者必须正确认识高校学生工作的新变化 ,积极迎接挑战 ,努力探索以宿舍、社团、网络为支撑 ,以大学生成才服务保障体系为平台 ,以学生骨干队伍为生力军的高校学生工作模式 ,保证高校学生工作的良性发展。

| Abstract: | China higher education at the stage of popularization brings about many challenges to student work.College student workers must realize the changes in student work and meet the challenges with enthusiasm.In order to assure the sound development of student work in colleges and universities,student workers should explore student work model structured with dormitries,student organizations and network,guaranteed by college student accomplishment system and supported by the backbone of college students. |
