| 摘 要： | 知识经济快速发展，造成社会人才竞争日趋激烈。为了应对挑战，发达国家大力开展创新教育，通过建立以竞争为主导的激励机制、以能力为本位的人才培养机制、以良性循环为目的的人才流动机制，积极培养社会急需的应用型创新人才。学习借鉴这些经验，对推动我国高等职业教育健康发展具有重要意义。
