| 摘 要： | 行业协会是现代市场经济国家中沟通政府与市场的社会中间协调机构.目前我国的行业协会发展行政化倾向严重,影响了其功能的正常发挥,应在明确其性质定位的基础上完善相关立法,以回复其独立市场主体的本质.
