| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着经济建设的快速发展，环境保护问题日益受到重视，但在日常环境行政执法工作中，也暴露出一些困难和问题。针对环境执法中所面临的困境及其深层原因，我们应在法制、体制、机制、能力等方面加强环境执法的对策，以解决环境行政执法中存在的问题。
