| 摘 要： | 农业是国民经济的基础，同时也是一种比较利益偏低的弱质产业。经济全球化趋势，要求农业在国内外两个市场的约束下发展。因此，为使我国农业在国内市场和国际市场具有竞争力，成为一个自强自立的产业，必须通过加大政府支持力度和优化经营结构的有效方式，加以保护和振兴。

| Abstract: | Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and also is a weak industry with lower interest.The trend of economy globalizition demands agriculture to develop under restraining in two markets at home and aboard.So in order to make agriculture in our country to be competitive in two markets,to be a self-strong and self-reliance industry ,must through effective ways of increasing the momentum of government,support and optimum structure of managment,protect and vigorously develop it. |
