| 摘 要： | 《刑法修正案（七）》增设利用影响力受贿罪填补了反腐败制度和法律体系存在的空缺，为我国打击腐败犯罪提供了法律支持和保障。笔者尝试以利用影响力受贿罪为视角。从利用影响力受贿罪的主体、与贿赂犯罪主体范围比较及贿赂主体的处罚认定几个方面对贿赂犯罪主体再探究，以资借鉴。

| Abstract: | "Crime of bribery by using one’s influence" which is established in the Amendment to the Criminal Law(VII) has filled the vacancy of the anti-corruption and legal system,and provided legal support and protection for our fight against corruption crime.Viewed from the crime of bribery by using one’s influence,this paper researches the bribery subject from three aspects: the subject of bribery by using one’s influence,the comparison of subject range of bribery crime and the new added one,and the punishment to the subject of bribery crime. |
