| Abstract: | The rural homestead enjoyment belongs to one of the villagers’ property rights,while in our present law system,there exist many problems on it.In the new socialist rural construction process,it is expected to strengthen the protection of the villagers’ property rights and restore the original contents of rural homestead enjoyment in the hope of promoting social harmony and stability. |
