| 摘 要： | 2011年10月26日,浙江省湖州市织里镇发生因当地个别税收代征人员工作方法简单作风粗暴,引起童装业主集体上访而导致的群体性事件。作为劳务输出地基层干部,参加了安徽省赴织里工作组,协助当地党委政府开展工作,事件得到妥善处理。几位参与事件处理的同志受到启发,对当前加强和创新社会管理作了一些思考。

| Abstract: | On October 26th,2011,a group event happened at Zhili,Huzhou city,Zhejiang province.It directly resulted from some tax officers’ simple and rough work style,and finally caused the owners of the children clothes companies to start a collectively appeal action.As a grassroots cadre of labor-export place,the author participated in the working group to help local government cope with the issue.From the procss,the author and some other participators get a better idea and make some thinking on how to strengthen and innovate the social management. |
