| 摘 要： | 诚信是人类社会追求的永恒价值之一,在各个领域诚信起着至关重要的作用。诚信不仅仅是道德术语,也有严格的法律内涵。佛教思想不应该仅仅停留在哲学研究之上,应当运用于社会现实,来解决社会具体问题。佛教诚信思想具有单方性、对象性、现实性。这些特征决定了佛教诚信可以在一定范围之内弥补法律漏洞,树立法律权威,促进法律实效。

| Abstract: | Credibility is one of the pursuits of the eternal value of human society,and plays a vital role in various fields.It is not only moral term,but also has become a legal vocabulary.Therefore,Buddhist Ethics of Good Faith is unilateral,objective and practical,which can make up the loopholes in the law,establish the legal authority,and promote the legal effectiveness. |
