高职院校思想政治理论课实践教学模式的创新——以合肥财经职业学院为例

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》（2010—2020）强调的有关高校思想政治课实效性问题，对我省开展思政教育具有很强的针对性和长远的指导意义。合肥财经职业学院坚持校内以思政课实践教学为主，在此基础上．引入为打造符合市场需求的专业人才，而针对性设计的锥形人才培养模式的相关精品课程（一种精神、两种专长、三种方法、四种素质的培养）和拓展训练课程为两个辅助载体，同时充分重视校外实践教学的地位，打造三体一位的实践教学模式，因而确保了思政课实践教学实效性稳定持久的实现。

Renovating Practical Teaching Mode of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Vocational Colleges

State Planning Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020) emphasizes the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.This is of specific and long-term instructive significance to ideological and political education in Anhui province.Hefei College of Finance and Economics adheres to the principle of placing practical teaching at the heart of ideological and political courses.Furthermore,we have developed a taper-shaped talent cultivation model specially designed for the market,which is assisted by elite courses(cultivation of "One Spirit,Two Skills,Three Methods and Four Qualities) and extensive training courses.We also put adequate emphasis on practical teaching outside campus,formulating a trinity mode of practical education and ensuring the effectiveness and long-term stability of ideological and political theory courses.
