| 摘 要： | “法律援助”是指国家对某些经济困难或特殊案件的当事人给予减、免费用,提供帮助。作为一项法律制度,它首先要求受助对象是某些经济困难或特殊案件需要帮助的当事人;二是对援助对象给予减、免费用;三是要明确它是一项法律制度,而不是临时性的短期行为。
