| 摘 要： | 民族经济法适用的特征表现在四个方面 :首先 ,民族经济法适用是通过保护性法律关系实现它的活动 ;其次 ,民族经济法适用具有强制的经济性内容 ;再次 ,民族经济法适用是按法定程序进行的专门活动 ;最后 ,民族经济法适用具有一定的民族性。影响民族经济法适用的不利因素既可能来自于司法者自身也可能来自于诉讼关系中的双方当事人。民族经济法渊源的多元性特点决定了其适用过程中应当协调好不同性质的民族经济法的关系 ,这主要包括协调好国家制定的民族经济法与民族经济习惯法之间的关系
