我国“公务员热”的社会学分析

摘    要:本文从社会学的视角分析了“公务员热”的推力因素:就业压力、文化因素、心理因素;拉力因素:职业方面的先天优势、社会福利的优势以及社会资本的优势;中间障碍:报考条件、考试难度、录用比例、机制建设以及个人因素,在此基础上得出结论,即:人们报考公务员的选择是经过对利益权衡之后的理性行为。

Abstract:From the sociological perspective,the author analyzes the thrust factors of civil servant tide,which include employment pressure,culture factors and psychological factors;and analyzes allurement factors which include the inherent advantages of Occupational factors,the advantages of social welfare and the advantages of social capital;as well as analyzes intervening obstacles,which include the qualification for entering oneself for examinations,the difficulty level of examinations,the ratio of getting the qualification for civil servant,mechanism construction,personal factors and so on.On this basis,the author thinks that people choose the civil servant as an occupation is a result of rational behavior after weighing all kinds of interests.
