| 摘 要： | 肇始于福建南平的科技特派员模式有效地解决了科技入户难的问题,实现了政府、农民(企业、基地)和科技特派员三方共赢。陕西在学习和借鉴南平经验过程中,逐步形成了具有区域特色的科技特派员模式,取得明显成效,但与发展现代农业,靠科技支撑、引领未来的目标要求还有一定差距。本文结合新农村建设实践,剖析当前困扰科技特派员运行机制若干因素,提出进一步加强和改进的建议。
