摘    要:在民事纠纷中,劳动争议是一种最常见的纠纷。调解是纠纷解决方式之一,运用调解来处理劳动争议纠纷,标志着人类社会解决民事纠纷方法的进步。调解有民间调解、法院调解、律师调解、行政机关调解等。在我国,民间调解主要是指人民调解制度,劳动争议调解是人民调解的一种特殊形式。

Abstract:The labor dispute is one of the most common civil disputes. Mediation is one of the methods of settling a labor dispute, which indicates that the way to settle a civil dispute has been improved. The subject of mediation consists of peopleis court, lawyer, administrative organ and so on. Mediation in a labor dispute is the special form of peopleis mediation system.
