| 摘 要： | 十六大以来,以胡锦涛为核心的中央领导集体把马克思主义执政理论和党的执政实践紧密结合起来,在政治改革方面总结吸收了前人的基本经验并做出了许多富有特色的探索。这些经验表现为坚持中国特色社会主义道路和理论体系;遵循党的思想路线的本质要求;绝不照搬西方的政治制度模式;发挥法律在政治改革中的作用等。其特色表现为以科学发展观指导政治改革;保证权力始终用来为人民谋利益;推进服务型政府建设;加强公务员队伍道德建设。
