| 摘 要： | 本研究考察了5名健康志愿者和140例度冷丁滥用者尿中度冷丁和代谢产物去甲度冷丁的浓度变化，发现二者的代谢物和原体浓度比有显著性差异。提出代谢物和原体的浓度比可以作为判断是否滥用度冷丁的参考依据。

| Abstract: | In this study,urine concentrations of meperidine and normeperidine after a single therapeutic dose of meperidine in 5 healthy volunteers have been measured and compared the results to those in meperidine addicts.The results showed that there was a significand difference between two groups in the ratio of metabolite to parent drug. It can be concluded that the ratio should be aid in making a cause of meperidine injestion. |
