| 摘 要： | 我国《婚姻法》中对结婚禁止性要件的某些规定不是很明确,一定程度上影响了《婚姻法》的实施效果。为此,应当进一步完善我国《婚姻法》中关于结婚禁止性要件的规定,既要尽可能地减少对群众普遍认可的婚姻关系的限制,又要实现法律与现实生活间的和谐。

| Abstract: | Some regulations on prohibited elements for getting married in Chinese Marital Law are not very clear and it affects the application effect in certain degree.So such elements should be improved in order to reduce the limitation to marital relation which ordinary people authorize as could as possible and achieve the harmony of law and practical life. |
