| 摘 要： | 警察院校对学生组织的指导工作是学生管理工作的重要组成部分,指导学生组织开展工作的指导思想、指导观念应建立在尊重和信任的基础上,在政治方向上严格把关,在思维方式上加以引导,在具体工作方法上予以放开,实现学生的自我教育,自我管理,自我服务。

| Abstract: | The guiding work to the organization of students is the most important part of the management work for students in police college.The guiding ideology and the guiding concept that guide the organization of students to develop its works should be established on the base of respect and trust.The self-education,self-management and self-esrvice of students should be realized according to guranteeing the political direction, leading the made of thinking and giving more spaces to the practical method of work. |
