| Abstract: | This paper defines and analyzes the and propounds the concept of ＂enterprise＇ s intension and extension of enterprise＇ s legal responsibility to society, legal responsibility to society＂, based on the analysis of its original thought and theoretical creation. In the author＇ s opinion,＂ enterprise＇ s legal responsibility to society＂ consists of two parts ： legal responsibility and moral responsibility ; namely, as a member of society, the enterprise is under a legal obligation of maintaining social security and healthy development for public interest on the basis of developed technology, economic development, and social progress. |
