| 摘 要： | 刑事证据展示是英美对抗制诉讼国家普遍性的制度安排,其价值在于维护程序公正,增强审判的实效。建立我国的刑事证据展示制度应结合我国司法体制的现状和对抗制诉讼的特点,建构一套合理的、便于操作的、给控辩双方提供平等享有证据资源的空间的刑事制度。

| Abstract: | Criminal evidence showing is an ordinary norm of adversary system in British and America,whose value lies on maitaining the justice of procedure and strenghening its real effect.Establishing the system of evi-dence-showing in our country should combine the present situation of our judicial system with the feature of ad-versary system to form a set of criminal system which is reasonable and easy to operate,and can supply both sides of accusation with equal space to enjoy the evidence resources. |
