| 摘 要： | 加入WTO ,给我国政府管理带来了机遇与挑战 ,也带来了进一步改革创新的契机。我们要清醒地认识到我国政府管理与WTO存在不相适应的地方 ,以此为切入点 ,从管理理念、管理方法和组织建设等诸个层面 ,推动我国政府管理的进一步创新 ,提高政府驾驭经济全球化背景下复杂经济环境的能力。

| Abstract: | China's WTO membership will bring both challenges and opportunities to further innovate the administration of the government. We should clearly get to know that all administration of the government does not adapt to WTO conventions. So we must further innovate administrative ideas and methods and organizational building so as to heighten the government's ability of coping with the complicated economic environment in the background of globalization. |
