公安派出所民警激励体系建设研究

在全面提高基层公安机关整体素质和战斗力的过程中,公安派出所发挥着越来越重要的作用。提高派出所民警的整体素质,调动民警的工作积极性,日益成为派出所建设的重点。目前,在公安派出所中已初步建立了激励机制,此机制在有效调动公安派出所民警积极性、主动性和创造性方面发挥了积极的作用,但是仍存在一些亟待改进的问题。深入探索公安派出所民警激励体系建设,仍是今后应重点关注并解决的课题。
