| 摘 要： | 近年来，俄罗斯在国际社会大搞能源外交，并在经济和政治领域都取得了一定的成就。俄罗斯的能源外交有其现实的必然性和可能性。我国作为一个能源需求大国，应借鉴俄罗斯的能源外交策略，来促进我国能源外交战略的不断完善。

| Abstract: | During the recent years, Russia has been issuing nergy - diplomacy all over the world, and has made some achievements in the fields of politics and economy. It is necessary and probabe for Russia to issue the energy - diplomacy. As a large country needing energy, we should refer to Russian policy of the energy - diplomacy and to perfect our strategy of energy - diplomacy. |
