| 摘 要： | 在构建农村社会和谐中,基层组织起着重要的保驾护航作用。在农村社会转型时期,基层组织旧的权威和功能出现了缺失,同时在发挥新的权威和功能上面临许多困惑。这不仅影响基层组织作用的发挥,也影响农村社会的稳定与和谐。对此,必须高度重视和切实加以解决。
