| 摘 要： | 提高法律监督能力,既是检察机关履职的需要,也是全面贯彻落实十六届四中、五中全会和全国政法工作会议精神的体现.但法律监督能力的提高是一项系统工程,需要检察机关和检察人员在实践中长期努力和不断探求.为进一步提高检察机关的法律监督能力,须就法律监督能力的内涵、影响法律监督能力提高的因素及提高法律监督能力的途径等问题进行分析和探讨.

| Abstract: | Improving the competence of legal supervision meets the demand of procuratorial responsibility and implements the purpose of carrying out the Party's notion.However,it is a systematic work to advance this competence,which requires the long-term effort and continuous research of the procuratorial organ.In order to enhance the competence of legal supervision of the procuratorial organ,it should analyze and discuss several issues such as the connotation,obstacle and approach of promoting the competence of legal supervision. |
