| 摘 要： | 当前涉黑犯罪是执法机关的打击重点,然而由于刑法遏制上的缺欠,影响了打击效果。本文从当前刑法典对涉黑犯罪的惩治以及当前刑法对打击此类犯罪的缺欠之处进行分析,提出惩治涉黑犯罪的对策建议,包括完善刑法;在警方内部设立专门机构进行打击;坚持反腐,进行社会综合治理;加强国际合作等。

| Abstract: | Combatting organized crimes haven't achieved satisfactory results as expected due to shortcomings of criminal law,even the crimes has become a highlight issue of law enforcement agencies.The article is to present some suggestions on controlling and punishing the crimes based on analyzing the shortcomings of current criminal law.Moreover,some practical measures are as followed: to set up a specific agency in police to crackdown the crimes;to carry out integrated control with multi-department cooperation by fighting against corruption;to reinforce international cooperation. |
