高校教师职业倦怠的原因及对策分析

摘    要:中国高校教师的职业倦怠现象十分普遍,这种现象极大影响了教师的健康和教学效果,也不利于高教事业的健康发展。我国教师群体竞争加剧、高校内的部门冲突以及教学压力加大和高校教师角色定位模糊是形成高校教师职业倦怠的主要原因。解决职业倦怠问题则应在教师评价机制、高校决策机制以及教师自身定位等方面着手。

Abstract:Occupational languid of teachers of colleges and universities in China is very common.It impacts on health of teachers and teaching effect very much, and goes against the developing higher education.The major causes include more severe competition in teacher groups,department conflicts,more tension,and unclear status.The countermeasures should focus on the appraisement mechanism for teachers,decision-making system of colleges and universities,and clear status of teachers.
