| 摘 要： | 船舶建造是一项国际化全球化的庞大而复杂的系统工程,船舶建造合同对实现合同当事各方（船东与船厂）缔约目的和发展船舶对外贸易具有十分重要的作用。分析制定标准造船合同必要性,对《中国标准造船合同（推荐版）》合同条款进行解读,并对国内外标准造船合同进行总体评价,提出改进《中国通用造船合同》的建议。 |

| Abstract: | Shipbuilding is a complicated global system project.Contracts of shipbuilding play a key role to the objectives of the contracting parties and the promotion of soles of ships.This article analyses the necessity of drafting the standard contract of shipbuilding,interprets the terms of China Standard Contract of Shipbuilding(recommended version),evaluates domestic and international standard contracts of shipbuilding,gives some suggestions on improving Shipbuilding Contract for Construction of Vessel. |
