Therefore, the world, including America, pays close attention to China＇s policies regarding the control of greenhouse gas emissions. Considering the continuous growth of global warming, China＇s policies for controlling greenhouse gas emissions should be consistent and ruled by law. So it is necessary to enhance the establishment of laws and systems for standardizing settlement.
