| 摘 要： | 中国政法大学宪政研究所所长蔡定剑教授,于2005年7月到10月,应新加坡国立大学东亚所之邀做访问研究,得以对新加坡的制度亲历考察.回国后,他撰文总结考察成果,认为国内官员、学者所推崇的所谓新加坡经验其实存在很大的偏颇和误解,对人们了解新加坡产生了相当大的误导.
