基层民警职业倦怠个体干预探析

面对基层民警职业倦怠较为严重的现象，研究者选取了两位典型个案，通过收集资料、追踪访谈、量表测试等方法了解其人格因素、职业倦怠及相关关系，在此基础上尝试性地提出并实施了相应的心理干预措施，以提高个案的核心自我评价能力、降低职业倦怠水平。结果表明个体干预具有一定的效果，方案的设定对加强基层民警的个体心理服务具有一定的意义。
