| 摘 要： | 创新对于监狱来说，有着重要的现实意义。社会转型期的大背景和以网络为主的传播革命的推动．决定了创新必须在监狱内部圈层内导入新的元素和要义，以更好地回应社会的期待和诉求。构建一个监狱管理创新的过程逻辑范式，对其内在机理进行全卷式的研究，以此更好地推动监狱管理创新工作向纵深开展，便是本文的目的所在。

| Abstract: | Creativity is of realistic significance to prisons. The background of social transformation and the impetus of Internet-based communicational revolution demand the introduction of new elements and ideas within prison for the sake of creation, in order to better respond to the expectation and anticipation of the society.
