| 摘 要： | 监狱的正面功能主要有：惩罚、矫治、教育、儆戒、稳定。当我们在细数监狱的这些正面功能时，不妨可以进行一次逆向思考。事实是，社会发展到今天，监狱的这些正面的功能正在被弱化甚至被蚕食，因而必须引起决策层的高度关注。

| Abstract: | The positive function of prison mainly refers to punishment, re-education, treatment, warning and stability. When we count these positive functions of prison, we might as well conduct a reverse thinking. The fact is that, with the development of society today, these positive functions are being weakened even get nibbled, therefore it must be given high attention by decision-makers. |
