Conceptual System of Harmonious Legislation from the Vision of Cultural Philosophy

From the vision of cultural philosophy,harmonious legislation means such a process that an appropriately legal regulation is built on the basis of some social value concept relating to the idea of harmonious society,and different subjects of interests in legislature target can completely express themselves,interact harmoniously,and realize reciprocal adjustment or sound transference.Those concepts of value for harmonious legislation are consisted of the concept of plural values' chess game,the concept of relatively balance between different participating subjects for their quality building and channel,the concept of dynamic balance in a regulation of freedom,the concept of dynamic adjustment between "goodness" and "evil",the concept of dynamic relation between rights and obligation,and the concept of co-existence for belief and reason.
