| 摘 要： | 近年来我国的群体性事件频频发生。通过这些群体性事件,一方面可以看到我国公民政治参与意识的增强和对自身合法权益的争取,另一方面也折射出目前我国公民政治参与中存在的问题。必须科学分析公民参与中产生这些问题的深层次原因,探求高效的解决之道,这不但是加快我国公民政治参与制度建设的必然要求,也是减少群体事件的发生,构建和谐社会的基本前提。
